RSS feeds are a way of notifying users to changes on a website. They are basically web pages containing data that changes on a relatively frequent basis. A user can point a piece of software that can handle RSS feeds to a link containing the information on the data they are interested in, and look at that information without having to visit the website.
How do I subscribe to a feed?
You can subscribe to a feed in a number of ways, including the following:
- Drag the orange RSS button into your RSS aggregator
- Drag the URL of the RSS feed into your RSS aggregator
- Cut and paste the URL of the RSS feed into your RSS aggregator
